My name is Eric L. Sonnabend 

I would like to introduce myself to those reading the negative online post produced by the owners of these 2 websites

The owner of these 2 websites I have tried to reach out to, to have these slanderous websites removed but the owner is unreachable and unresponsive. 

I have also tried to post the below content on their websites in the comments and was unsuccessfully getting these comments to publish on their blogs.


These negative websites are completely inaccurate and has been more damaging to my reputation than anything I have ever done to the owners of these 2 websites.


These 2 websites have grossly inaccurately portrayed me to the digital community and I am going to now take the time to tell my side of the story to bring some perspective to those interested in knowing there are 2 sides to any story.


Here is my side of the story...

I brought a group together to work on a startup.

I was self financing the project and paid out of my own pocket payroll for better than a year.

I paid everyone always on time, monthly.


When I ran out of funding I owed 1 month's pay to each member of the team.
I did not have the money to pay each person.


So I took a real estate job selling residential real estate. From my income a portion of my earnings I used to pay each member who was owed money. It took me a year to pay each and everyone.


During that year I stayed in touch with each person I owed money to and let each person know who was next to get paid. But because there were several people to pay and I first had to earn the money to get them paid, it took a very long time to pay everyone.


So you can imagine the last person waiting to get paid was deeply unhappy they had had to wait the longest, a year. (I believe the author of this website is also the last person who too was paid in full) And yet they still went ahead and posted this website and let it remain online indefinitely.


There are many lessons to learn in life and when you make mistakes hopefully you can learn from them admit your mistakes, try not repeat them and hopfuly have them make you stronger and a better person.


I acknowledge that my mistake was running out of money and not being able to pay the entire team timely and that this created a hardship for those waiting for their pay.. And for that I am very sorry and acknowledge I was wrong.


However I am not willing to listen to anyone call me a scam. Thats where I must draw the line and have my voice heard.
